University Hospitality Management Group is developing a global on line wine school certification program for the United States Sommelier Association Wine School at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Miami. This program which is to be launched in 2008 contingent final board approvals has already garnered a long list of interested clients that will likely sign corporate contracts with private accounts to the school.
National and international agreements are in discussions with leading retail liquor distribution stores to supply discounted products that will be a part of the program for students. Proxy testing centers will administer the live tests in regional centers for advanced course certifications.
